Administrative Fee Disclosure

If the Customer fails to meet its obligations under the terms of service agreement, Zubr Communications may assess additional fees against Customer's account. The following disclosure describes applicable fees and conditions when such fees could be assessed.

Late Payment	$19.95	If the payment is not received by 1:00 local time on the due date, this fee is assessed on the account.
Service Suspension	$29.95	If the payment is not received by 1:00 local time seven days past the due date, this fee is assessed on the account.
Service Re-activation	$29.95
Returned Check Fee	$35.00	If a check is returned by the issuing bank unpaid.
Chargeback Fee	$35.00	If a chargeback is posted to the account.
Account Sent to Collections	$99.00
Initiation of Legal Proceedings	$499.99
AUP/TOS violation	$49.99	This per violation fee is assessed against the Customer's account should Zubrcom determine that the Customer is in a material breach of Zubrcom's AUP/TOS.
