This document defines the Privacy Policy for the services of Zubr Communications, L.L.C. ("Zubr", "us", "we"). It covers how Zubr Communications treats personal information that it collects and receives, including information related to your past use of Zubr Communications products and services. The goal of this policy is to ensure the privacy of Zubr Communications's Customers. This policy does not apply to the practices of the companies that Zubr Communications does not own or control, or people that Zubr Communications does not employ or manage.

1. Personal Information.

   For the purpose of this document, information is information about Customer that is personally identifiable like Customer's name, address, telephone number, email address and that is not otherwise publically available.

2. Collection of Personal Information.

   Zubr Communications collects personal information when one registers to use Zubr Communications's products or services, when one uses services provided by Zubr Communications. Zubr Communications may combine information that it collects with the information Zubr Communications obtains from other sources, including but not limited to, Zubr Communications's business partners or other companies. The following describes how such information is collected:

   • Registration

   When one registers to use Zubr Communications's services, Zubr Communications asks for the information such as one's name, address, zip code, country, telephone number and email address(es) for the service activation and billing purposes.

   • Establishment of credit terms

     If a Customer seeks to establish credit terms for the services Zubr Communications renders, Zubr Communications may also ask for one's Social Security Number or D&B number in order to determine if Zubr Communications can extend credit terms based on applicant's credit worthness.

   • Accessing Zubr Communications web servers

     All Zubr Communications web servers, the devices that provide one with web page content, collect and log certain information about the connection, including the IP address of the client, the web page requested, date and time of the request, web browser type, and some additional technical information about the connection.

   • Accessing Zubr Communications FTP Servers

     FTP servers operated by Zubr Communications collect and log certain information about the connection, including the IP address the connection was established from, and timestamp, in addition to some additional technical data about the connection.

3. Usage of the Personal Information.

   Zubr Communications routinely uses Personal Information collected about Zubr Communications's Customers to provide the service(s) requested by the Customer. From time to time, for the purpose to carrying out collection activities on past-due accounts, Zubr Communications may disclose the Personal Information about the Customer associated with such account to parties involved in collection activities.

4. Personal Information Disclosure Process.

   • Zubr Communications does not rent, sell, or share Personal Information with other people or companies except to provide product(s) or service(s) that Customer had requested, or when Zubr Communications has Customer's permission, or under the following circumstances:

   • We respond to subpoenas, court orders, or legal process, or to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims; We believe it is necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of Zubr Communications Acceptable Usage Policy, or as otherwise required by law.

   • We transfer information about you if Zubr Communications is acquired by or merged with another company. In such event, Zubr Communications will notify you before information about you is transferred and becomes subject to a different Privacy Policy.

5. Protection of The Information Collected.

   • We limit access to Personal Information to employees and consultants who we believe reasonably need to come into contact with that information to provide products or services that you requested or in order to do their jobs.

   • We have physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect personal information about you.

6. Changes of Zubr Communications Privacy Policy.

   From time to time, Zubr Communications may make changes to the Privacy Policy. If and when this Privacy Policy does change, Zubr Communications attempts to notify its customers via electronic mail sent to the primary email address on file for the customer, in addition to publishing new Privacy Policy on its website.
