What is Legal Content?

As a matter of policy Zubr Communication believes that any and all content that does not violate the laws should be allowed to exist on the Internet. While we may not agree with some of the content that our Customers may choose to publish or access, some actions that our Customers may choose to perform, as long as our Customer's behaviour does not violate our Acceptable Use Policy, Terms of Service, and does not violate the law, we accept that it is the Customer's right to publish such content or perform such action(s).

Hosting of Adult Content

As a matter of policy, Zubr Communications does not restrict any and all legal content, including the Adult Content. Zubr Communication does, however, recommend you contact your local authorities, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and Commonwealth of Virginia using a qualified attorney to obtain more detailed information about the laws that may regulate Adult Content.
