What is the real-time pricing displayed on your website?
All of the pricing information on the website is current as of the moment the page renders. When you see a multiple of similar packages ( typically slightly different server configurations ) priced at separate levels, it means that at that moment we can provision those exact configurations at those exact price levels.
At what point do the prices become fixed?
Prices become frozen after an order is placed and accepted by Zami.
What happens if I want a custom configuration?
Please contact our Sales Group and a custom configuration will be provided to you.
Why do the majority of real-time prices cover only the Budget server line? What if I am interested in pricing Enterprise-level server(s).
The Budget server line receives the majority of our non-custom inquiries. We have found it more efficient to display immediately available Budget configurations and supply quotes for highly specialized Enterprise or High Performance server packages on request.
