Zubr Communications operates its network infrastructure in three major metropolitan markets of the Northeastern United States with a total transit capacity in excess of 14 Gbit/sec.

Data Center Networks

Zubr Communications intra-datacenter networks are engineered to minimize possibility of any single device causing a catastrophic network failure inside the data center. By utilizing full N+1 redundancy and proper configuration of the network routing core, core switching and customer handoff we are able to provide highly resilient network environment. As we refuse to be loyal to any vendor of network gear, we deploy only what we know works and works well in our network environment providing us functionality we need, not the functionality vendor's sales people want to sell based on their product roadmaps.

ZubrTPF

Zubr Communications Total Path Failover technology allows servers to enjoy the level of automatic path failover normally reserved only for the equipment deeply inside the network core. Servers configured to take advantage of the ZubrTPF can automatically switch onto the backup path in seconds without any reconfiguration or interruption.

ZUBRNET - Dedicated Management Network

ZUBRNET, the dedicated management network, provides a separate gigabit level connectivity between all servers actively managed by Zubr Communications. While typically used to download firmware, perform software upgrades, backups and drive imaging without affecting normal Internet traffic, in the unlikely event of Zubr Communications' network failure, ZUBRNET can be immediately reconfigured to allow for traversal of regular Internet traffic, dramatically reducing the recovery time.
