What Kind of Content is Legal?

As a matter of policy Zubr Communication believes that any and all content that does not violate the laws should be allowed to exist on the Internet. While we may not agree with some of the content that our Customers may choose to publish or access, some actions that our Customers may choose to perform, as long as our Customer's behaviour does not violate our Terms of Service -- Acceptable Use Policy and does not violate the law, we accept that it is the Customer's right to publish such content or perform such action(s).

Additional Restrictions Imposed by Service Plans or Resellers

Some of the plans offered by Zubr Communications may restrict certain type of content, such as adult material. Some of Zubr Communications resellers may have a more restrictive view on the allowed content. Should you be using a reseller, we kindly ask that you check with them.
