Frequenty Asked Questions - Billing

Q: How am I going to be billed?

A: You will receive an invoice from Zubr Communications via email at the address provided by you during the signup, unless you requested a printed invoice to be mailed to your physical address (additional charges may apply).

Q: What are the accepted payment methods?

A: We accept electronic Personal and Company paid online via ZubrPay, Personal Checks, Company Checks, Money Orders, Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover credit cards via PayPal, Western Union, and bank wires.

Q: Where should I mail payments?

A: If you are mailing your payment, please make the check(s) or money order(s) payable to Zubr Communications, include your account number or invoice number for your Zubr Communications service and send it to the following address:

Q: Where should I send PayPal payments?

A: You should send paypal payments only to "billing@corp.zubrcom.net". Zubr Communications never asks its customers to use any other address for Paypal payments. If at any point you get an email, Instant Message, call, fax or a regular letter asking you to use an address other than "billing@corp.zubrcom.net" to send the payments to, please do not follow those instructions and contact our Security department immediately.

Q: When are the payments due?

A: The payments are due by 1:00pm (13:00) local time on the due date. The payments received after 1:00pm (13:00) local time will be credited the following business day. Payments initiated using ZubrPay service before 1:00pm (13:00) local time will be credited the same business day.

Q: What are your standard service terms?

A: Unless specified otherwise, Zubr Communications has two standard service periods:

  • Monthly - this service period consists of 30 consecutive days.
  • Yearly - this service period consists of 365 consecutive days.
Unless specified otherwise, all Zubr Communications services are provided on a monthly service term.

Q: Is there a discount if I prepay in advance?

A: If a customer chooses to prepay for 12 monthly service periods (1 year), Zubr Communications will waive recurring charge for the 13th and 14th monthly service periods.
