Q: Do I own the hardware if I buy a Zubr Dedicated Server?

A: No, Zubr Communications owns the hardware if you buy a Zubr Managed Dedicated Server or Zubr Non-Managed Dedicated Server.

Q: How many IP addresses do I get with a Zubr Dedicated Server?

A: Zubr Communications will assign you as many IPs as you need as long as you can provide the usage justification. ARIN requires that you put 25% of assigned IPs to immediate use.

As a matter of policy, unless you can provide the usage documentation justifying larger address space you will receive a /28 address block, giving you 12 usable IPs.

Please note that if you have selected certain add on options such as KVM over IP, Dedicated Firewall, Dedicated Mail Server, Dedicated Streaming server, etc, then some of the IP addresses may be needed by that equipment.

Q: When can I ask for more IP addresses

A: You can requrest additional IP addresses at any time.

Q: Do I own the IP addresses you assign me

A: No, you do not. Zubr Communications will, however, SWIP the addresses with your contact information making it look like you are the one responsible for the address block.

Q: Is there any restriction on what I can do with my Zubr Dedicated Server?

A: All Zubr Communications services are govered by the Zubr Communications Terms of Service/Acceptable Usage Policy. Zubr Communications does not impose any other restrictions.
